Growing up in Europe chocolate had always been an indulgence of mine that I dreamt could somehow be guilt free. With so much inspiration around, endless chocolate recipe experimentation, cultural diversity, extensive travel, and good appetite creating Rawmantichcoolate became my true passion.
We are most proud of our signature energy protein bars enrobed in raw organic chocolate. They can serve you as breakfast, meal replacement, snack or dessert. Available in vanilla, chocolate, carob and vegan flavors. Quality is our main priority, and we are only content when we meet the highest standards. I was so fortunate to learn this fine craft from masters like Matthew Kenny in Santa Monica, CA through his intensive chocolate course, Amy Levine from RawChef Academy in UK, Natural Gourmet Institute chocolate courses in NY, Institute of Culinary Education Artisanal Chocolate Workshop, and my Health Educator certificate, as well as Raw Food Chef Certificate Level 1, from Hippocrates Health Institute, West Palm Beach, FL.

Because Rawmanticchocolate is raw it melts above 80F and it’s ideal shelf live is 5 months. They need to be refrigerated or stored in a cool air-condition place.
